Our Story
DDKinfotech started as the IT department of a New York City based accounting firm, DDK & Company. After managing the firm’s technology, IT director, Raj Katyal, noticed a common thread – – their clients were constantly having IT issues. He saw companies that didn’t integrate their technology, requiring them to do double the work across different platforms, losing data in power outages or server crashes with no way to retrieve it and an overall lack of IT strategy. He knew he was in the perfect position to change that. He recognized that many small to midsized businesses did not have adequate technology or support and DDKinfotech was born.
As an outgrowth of DDK & Company, DDKinfotech has become a highly successful managed service provider working with small to midsized businesses to implement better technology tools and strategies to make their businesses run efficiently.
